By placing an order, requesting a quotation, making payment, or accepting delivery, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Product specifications, dimensions, images, and descriptions are provided for general reference.

Minor variations in color, finish, branding, packaging, or appearance may occur.

Product availability is subject to stock and production capacity.

4. Pricing & Quotations

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Quotations are valid only for the specified validity period.

Taxes, freight, loading/unloading, insurance, and duties may be charged additionally unless specifically mentioned.

Bulk order pricing may vary depending on quantity and delivery location.

5. Orders & Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed only after written approval and/or payment confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

Payment terms may include:

Advance payment

Partial advance with balance before dispatch

Credit terms for approved customers

Delayed payments may attract applicable interest or delay in dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.

Risk and responsibility may transfer to the customer upon dispatch or transporter handover unless otherwise agreed.

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Claims related to:

Damaged goods

Wrong products

Quantity shortages

must be reported within the specified claim period.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are supplied on standard industry terms.

No additional warranty or performance guarantee is implied.

Product suitability for a specific application remains the customer’s responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

Global Pipe Solutions shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of business or profits

Installation errors

Delays caused by transporters, natural events, or third parties

Maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, catalog designs, content, product images, and marketing materials belong to Global Pipe Solutions and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failure caused by:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Transport disruptions

Strikes

Port congestion

Events beyond reasonable control

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
